You may think cemeteries are scary,
but their not. Cemeteries are usually
just people you rember. My name is
Brittany Austin and I am 10 years old.
Even at this age I go to cemeteries.
Durring visiting cemeteries you can
learn many things about your family
or friends. Some stones have pictures on
them. This can tell you what they look
like. You can look on tomb stones and
find when they were born and when
they die. You can subtract that year
wich they were born in from the year
they die. Some times the stone will list
important faimly members on them. I
go to cemeteries with my granny and
papa. While papa takes pictures of
stones my granny and me clean the
baby stones with a soft brush.......
From family research to our local county
history, let us help you today! Need help on
your family tree? We have researchers in
several different states that may be able to
help.
The only Society dedicated to Charlotte County history and preservation!
